Tami L. Benanav
Partner
Ms.
Benanav is a Partner at Tricap Partners & Co. and has extensive investment
and operational experience in the middle-market sector. She has worked for many years in both
investment banking and private equity investing and has participated in the due
diligence and execution of numerous public and private transactions in both the
United States and Latin America.
Ms.
Benanav previously served as a Principal at Saugatuck Associates, a private
equity firm focused on middle-market companies.
At Saugatuck, Ms. Benanav participated in the acquisition, financing as
well as the sales process of the firm's portfolio companies. In addition, Ms. Benanav was involved in the
management of a number of portfolio companies, serving as a Director of The
Tharpe Company, a firm that provided human resource outsourcing of recognition
programs to middle markets clients. She
was also extensively involved in the fund-raising process, meeting with
potential fund investors and current Limited Partners. Prior to Saugatuck, Ms. Benanav was an
Associate with Global Opportunity Advisors, a private equity firm founded by
former GE Capital executives, focused on equity and distressed debt investments
primarily in Japan, Mexico and India. Previously, Ms. Benanav was an International Analyst
for AFP Santa Maria, a private pension fund in Santiago Chile, where she was responsible
for launch and management of international fixed income portfolios. Prior to AFP Santa Maria, Ms. Benanav was an
Analyst in the Emerging Markets Investment Banking Group at Chase Securities,
Inc., now JP Morgan Chase & Co.
Ms.
Benanav holds a BA in Economics and Spanish from Bucknell University, an MBA in Finance from
the Wharton School and an MA in International
Studies with a focus on Latin America from University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Benanav has passed the Foreign Service
equivalent exam for proficiency in Spanish.

Mattias M. Graff
Partner
Mr. Graff is a Partner at Tricap Partners & Co. and
works with the firm’s clients with respect to real estate investments. Mr. Graff has extensive experience in
commercial real estate, particularly in asset management, ground-up development,
and redevelopment.
Mr. Graff previously served as a Managing Director at
The Patrinely Group, a private real estate developer, advisor and owner. As the managing director of the southwest
region, Mr. Graff participated in the due diligence, acquisition, and management
of institutional quality assets for a $500 million fund with USAA Real Estate,
and the ground up development and redevelopment of commercial real estate
projects. Prior to Patrinely, Mr. Graff
was a principal at Irongate Land Company, a real estate investment and
development company focused on luxury residential real estate in downtown
Chicago and suburbs. Previously, Mr.
Graff was an Asset and Development Manager for The John Buck Company in
Chicago, where he was responsible for the oversight, identification, analysis,
structuring and development of institutional quality real estate projects. Mr. Graff began his career in New York City
as an Asset and Property Manager of real estate for LaSalle Partners, now Jones
Lang LaSalle.
Mr. Graff holds a BA in Architecture from The University
of Virginia, and an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of
Business.

Richard D. Jacobson
Partner
Mr. Jacobson is a Partner at Tricap Partners & Co. and has extensive experience in both investment banking and private equity investments. He has significant experience in the execution of numerous private equity and debt investments throughout his career.
Mr. Jacobson most recently served as a Senior Managing Director at Stern Capital LLC, a private investment firm based in New York, where he led the firm's expansion into private equity transactions. In this capacity, Mr. Jacobson was in charge of sourcing and structuring senior debt and mezzanine investments, private equity co-investments and private equity fund investments for the firm. Prior to Stern Capital, Mr. Jacobson served as Managing Director and Co-Head of Indosuez Capital Merchant Banking, where he led the group's direct investments and participation in senior loans, mezzanine debt, direct private equity investments and limited partnership commitments. In addition, he was previously a Vice President in the Leveraged Finance Group of SG Cowen Securities, where he was actively involved in building the firm?s high yield and mezzanine debt capabilities. Prior to that, Mr. Jacobson was an Associate in the Global Syndicated Finance group at Chase Securities, Inc., now JP Morgan Chase & Co. In this capacity, he was responsible for the structuring, pricing and syndication of leveraged and investment-grade senior debt financings. Mr. Jacobson began his career as an attorney in the law firm of Jacobs, Persinger & Parker LLP.
Mr. Jacobson holds a BA in English and Sociology from Tulane University, an MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, and a JD from the American University Washington College of Law. He currently serves on the board of Op-Tech Environmental Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: OTES), a company which provides transportation of hazardous and non-hazardous wastes from customer sites to customer-designated landfills and disposal facilities, and he also serves on the board of Vital Theater in New York City.

Eric Saucedo Partner
Mr. Saucedo is a Partner at Tricap Partners & Co. He has extensive experience in both investment banking and private equity investments and has many years of experience in the due diligence and execution of numerous public and private transactions, including many private equity investments in the United States, Europe and Latin America.
Mr. Saucedo previously served as Director of Business Development at UBS, where he was responsible for business development of institutional and corporate clients in asset management and investment banking. Prior to UBS, Mr. Saucedo served as a Principal with Compass Capital LLC in New York, a private equity fund and affiliate of JP Morgan Partners, where he led private equity investments in start-up and early-stage companies in Latin America. In addition, he was previously a Vice President in the Emerging Markets Group at Apax Partners & Co., a private equity and merchant banking firm, where he was one of the original professionals in the firm's Latin America group. Prior to Apax Partners, Mr. Saucedo was an Associate in the Emerging Markets Investment Banking and Mergers & Acquisitions groups at JP Morgan Chase & Co. Mr. Saucedo also served as an Associate with Kroll Associates, Inc., an international consulting firm with a specialization in due diligence research and corporate intelligence. Mr. Saucedo has experience in a wide range of transactions, including private equity, mergers and acquisitions and leveraged finance. He has completed numerous transactions both domestically and throughout Latin America in such industries as biotechnology, education, media, telecom, technology, retail, and manufacturing.
Mr. Saucedo holds a BA in Economics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, where he served as President of the student body and was recipient of the Dean's Citation Award. He is a Director at Granite Intelligence, a due diligence and investigations firm based in New York, and a Director at The KidSmart Company, a supplemental learning and education company based in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Scott B. Sucher
Partner
Mr. Sucher is a Partner at Tricap Partners & Co. and
brings years of experience in both investment banking and private equity
investments both in the United States and Latin America. He has extensive experience in corporate finance, having worked for over 15
years in investment banking and asset management.
Most recently, Mr. Sucher has served as Chief Financial
Officer for Condor Exploration Inc, a private oil and gas exploration company
with assets in Oklahoma and Colombia.
Condor Exploration is a portfolio company of Medley Capital LLC. Prior to joining the management team at
Condor Exploration, Mr. Sucher was a senior member of Medley Capital LLC in New
York, a US$1 billion alternative investment hedge fund based in New York, where
he originated and executed senior secured loans to early-stage Latin American
corporate clients. Prior to joining
Medley Capital, Mr. Sucher was a Managing Director in charge of Latin America
Asset Backed Securitization for WestLB, a German wholesale bank, where he was
responsible for originating, structuring and executing securitization
transactions for Latin American clients, including medium and small
corporations. In addition, he previously
served in a similar capacity at Deutsche Bank Securities. In these roles, he has completed numerous
debt transactions across Latin America in a wide variety of industries. Mr. Sucher started his career in Latin
American investment banking at Nomura Securities, executing equity and M&A
deals as part of the Latin America Corporate Finance Group.
Mr. Sucher holds a BA in Economics with Honors from
Swarthmore College and holds an MBA with Honors from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Jack A. Smith Operating Partner
Mr. Smith is an Operating Partner at Tricap Partners & Co., working closely with client companies on management and strategic issues. He previously served as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of The Sports Authority, Inc., a company that he founded in 1987 and led through its initial public offering in 1994. In 1998 Mr. Smith relinquished his responsibilities as CEO, but continued as Chairman of the Board until his resignation in 1999. He formerly served as Chief Operating Officer of Herman's Sporting Goods, a W.R. Grace company. Prior to Herman's, he served in executive management positions with other major retailers, including Sears & Roebuck, Montgomery Ward and Jefferson Stores. He was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Diana Shops, a national chain of women's apparel.
Mr. Smith is active in community affairs and during his tenure, he and The Sports Authority have been recognized with industry awards which include the 1998 Team Licensing Business Retailer of the Year; the Sporting Goods Dealer 1996 Leadership Award to a National Chain; the 1996 Award for management Excellence in Sporting Goods presented by Kurt Salmon Associates; "Trendsetter of the Year", Sports Trend Magazine (1996); Rawlings Sporting Goods Award as Industry Executive of the Year (1992) and Discount Store News' "Specialty Retailer of the Year" (1991 and 1995); and "Best New Retail Concept", Inc. Magazine (1989). SportStyle Magazine voted him among the 100 Most Influential People in the Sporting Goods Industry. In addition, Mr. Smith was invited by former President Bush for a White House briefing launching the President's Drug Advisory Council's "Drugs Don't Work" program, in recognition of The Sports Authority's drug-free workplace initiative.
Mr. Smith serves on the Board of Governors of Nova Southeastern University, where was inducted into Nova's Entrepreneur Hall of Fame in 1995, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of Carrols Restaurant Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: TAST), an operator of regional restaurant companies, including numerous a Burger King franchisees, and Pangea Brands, a consumer products company. He previously served as a Director of Darden Restaurants (NYSE: DRI) for fifteen years, also serving as chairman of the audit committee, and of Compex Technologies Inc., (NASDAQ: CMPX) a medical device manufacturer. Mr. Smith holds a BA from Temple University.

Matthew J. Tucker
Operating Partner
Mr. Tucker is an Operating Partner at Tricap Partners & Co., working closely with client companies on management, strategic, technology, marketing and general operational issues. He has over twenty years of experience in technology, media, and technology-enabled service companies, and he has particular expertise in managing development and growth-stage companies, including numerous private equity portfolio companies.
Mr. Tucker is currently the Chief Operating Officer at PayFone, a leading mobile payment processing service company and a portfolio company of American Express, Verizon Ventures, Rogers Ventures, BlackBerry Partners Fund, Opus Capital and RRE Ventures. Prior to PayFone, Mr. Tucker served as President of RecycleBank, Inc., a portfolio company of RRE Ventures, Sigma Partners and Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers. He previously served as President of ISC Software, the leading provider of workforce management applications to call centers. He was co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of the Board, of Rely Software, a leading provider of transportation management software to the chemical and process manufacturing industries. Under Mr. Tucker's leadership, the company attracted a world-class client base and in 1999 was named one of the Top 100 private companies in the world by Upside magazine. Rely was acquired by Odyssey Logistics & Technology, a spin-off of Dow Chemical. He subsequently served on the Board of Odyssey and was the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development, where he helped acquire a number of ancillary companies for Odyssey. Prior to Rely and ISC, Mr. Tucker was part of the founding management team of LendingTree, the leading online lending and realty services exchange. At LendingTree, Mr. Tucker was Vice President of Sales & Marketing and was one of the original six members of this company, where he ultimately helped grow the company from under US$1.0 million in revenue to the public markets and the subsequent acquisition by InterActiveCorp (NASDAQ:IACI).
Mr. Tucker holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the Georgetown University McDonough School of Business.

Claudio Chamorro
Senior Advisor
Mr. Chamorro has served as a Senior Advisor to Tricap
Partners & Co. since 2009. He
currently serves as Special Advisor to Chilean President Sebastián Piñera,
advising on economic and managerial issues.
Prior to joining Piñera Administration, Mr. Chamorro served
as Head of Corporate Development for CorpGroup Interhold, the parent company of
CorpBanca (NYSE: BCA), the fourth largest Chilean financial institution by
assets. In addition to its interest in CorpBanca,
CorpGroup holds interests in various Chilean companies in media, supermarkets
and other operating companies, and it holds over US$2.0 billion in real estate
assets in Chile and throughout Latin America.
At CorpGroup, Mr. Chamorro was responsible for the identification,
analysis and execution of investments on behalf of the firm. In addition, he held numerous operating roles
and responsibilities within CorpBanca, establishing the bank's U.S. operations
through registration and regulatory approval with the Federal Reserve and the
Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
In addition, Mr. Chamorro served as a member of the Board of Directors
of many of the bank's affiliates, including Combanc, Corpbanca Financial
Advisory and Corpbanca Mutual Funds.
Before joining CorpGroup, Mr. Chamorro served as the Chief
Financial Officer and Director of Risk Management at the bank, leading an
aggressive turnaround of the bank's internal controls, accounting and financial
systems, risk management and financial reporting processes. Prior to joining CorpBanca, Mr. Chamorro
spent over five years at the Superintendencia de Bancos, the Chilean Federal
Reserve system, as Director of Research and Financial Analysis. In addition, he served as Fixed Income
Portfolio Manager at Santander Financial Group and as Chief Economist and Fixed
Income Research Analyst at A.F.P. Habitat, S.A., one of Chile's largest pension
funds.
Mr. Chamorro holds a BA in Economics from the
Universidad Católica de Chile and an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of
Business. Mr. Chamorro is also a
professor of Economics and Financial Markets at the Universidad Católica de
Chile.

Patrick Oliver-Kelley, PhD
Senior Advisor
Patrick Oliver-Kelley, PhD has served as a Senior Advisor to
Tricap Partners & Co. since 2009.
Dr. Patrick Oliver-Kelley has extensive investment banking and
management experience with major investment institutions such as Paine Webber,
Merrill Lynch, and The First Boston Corporation. Dr. Oliver-Kelley is currently the Managing
Partner at Falcon Financial Advisors, a boutique investment banking firm with
operations worldwide.
Dr. Oliver-Kelley most recently served as Managing Director
and Head of the Investment Banking Division for the First Boston Corporation
(now a division of Credit Suisse) in London.
Prior to joining First Boston, he served in a similar capacity at
Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America), helping to establish that firm's presence
in Germany. Dr. Oliver-Kelley began his
career with Paine Webber (now UBS) after two years of service in the American
Peace Corps in Turkey. Throughout his
career Dr. Oliver-Kelley has acted as financial advisor to a wide variety of
major international corporations such as Heineken, British American Tobacco,
SAMA, McDonalds Corporation, Southern Railways and Holiday Inn, and he has been
a longtime adviser to a number of prominent individuals, including J. Paul
Getty Sr.
Dr. Oliver-Kelley received a BS with Honors in Economics from the
University of Tennessee where he was a scholarship athlete in football and
track, and he was awarded a PhD in International Finance from Buxton
University. He was elected a Fellow of
the Royal Society for Arts, Industry and Commerce, and was made a member of the
Institute of Directors in the United Kingdom.
He was selected Businessman of the Year for the State of New York in 2006,
and he received the Congressional Order of Merit in 2007. He is a member of the Dante Society of
America; the John Clare Society, and the Carnegie Council for Ethic in
Business. Dr. Oliver-Kelley speaks
Turkish, German, Italian and Spanish.

Thomas P. Wicky
Senior Advisor
Mr. Wicky has served as a Senior Advisor to Tricap Partners
& Co. since the firm's inception in 2004.
Specifically, he has worked with the firm's clients in various real
estate matters worldwide. He currently
serves as CEO of Wicky & Associates in Palm Beach, Florida, where he leads
an organization that manages real estate investments on behalf of numerous
investor groups worldwide. Wicky &
Associates is involved in the development and operation of luxury hotels,
resorts, clubs and residential communities in the United States, Europe and
Latin America.
Educated at several Swiss hotel schools, Mr. Wicky's career
began in Europe where he gained valuable experience training at premier resorts
and luxury urban hotels. His time spent
catering to affluent international clientele laid the groundwork for success
and credibility in the upscale market.
Throughout his career, Mr. Wicky's dedication to excellence and
operational efficiency has earned him a reputation as one of the premier
troubleshooters in the industry. At four
separate properties he was presented with the challenge of earning the coveted "Mobil Five-Star" or "AAA Five-Diamond" awards.
Specifically, Mr. Wicky has led investor groups in the turnaround of
numerous high-profile resorts, including The Boca Raton Hotel & Club, The
Breakers Palm Beach, The Cloister at Sea Island, Georgia and Hotel
Intercontinental in Hilton Head, South Carolina. Through Mr. Wicky's leadership, these and
other high-profile properties successfully gained or regained the prestigious
awards. In addition to his work in hotel
management, Mr. Wicky has represented investors' interests in other real estate
assets, also spearheading operational aspects of recreational facilities such
as golf, tennis, spas, marinas and retail outlets.
Mr. Wicky holds a Certified Hotel Administrator degree from
Michigan State University, and he has completed and taught the Executive
Management programs at the Cornell University School of Hotel Management and
the University of Miami.

Orietta Ramirez Chief Administrative Officer
Ms. Ramirez is the Chief Administrative Officer at Tricap Partners & Co., bringing extensive operational and administrative experience within the investment banking, private equity and asset management industries.
Ms. Ramirez previously served as the Business Manager at Citi Alternative Investments and its predecessor firm, Carlton Hill Capital LLC. As the firm’s Business Manager, Ms. Ramirez was responsible for overall management and oversight of all administrative activities, including client administration, accounting, and compliance. In addition, Ms. Ramirez previously served as Chief Administrative Officer at Apax Partners & Co., a private equity and merchant banking firm, and with CFC Capital LLC, an investment banking and litigation support services firm. Ms. Ramirez began her career with the M&A and Corporate Finance divisions at Goldman Sachs, serving as Chief Administrative Officer of the firm’s Latin America Group.
Ms. Ramirez holds a BA in Political Science with minors in Psychology and Spanish from Fordham University, and obtained her Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. Ms. Ramirez is fluent in Spanish and conversant in Portuguese.
